DPA would like to mark the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. As Commander in Chief of the Canadian Forces and the Colonel in Chief of many Canadian regiments, Her Majesty held a position of significance and symbolism in the daily lives of serving men and women. In 1996, Her Majesty inaugurated the Canadian War Memorial, located in Green Park, London. Our Associate VAdm (Ret’d) Denis Rouleau had the tremendous privilege to welcome her for the Fleet review in 2010. We at DPA salute Her Majesty’s more than 70 years of dedicated service to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.
