BIOGRAPHY

Lynn Pratt, FCPA, FCA, retired as a partner of Deloitte LLP in 2020 after a 30-year career with the firm in the Assurance and Advisory practice. She provided audit and assurance services to a variety of public, private and government clients throughout her career.  In the later years of her career, she took on a role in Deloitte’s National Office, focusing on audit quality and audit process quality, and also worked with Deloitte’s global leadership on member firm audit and audit process quality.  Lynn currently advises DPA’s finance function and sits (or has sat) as an independent board/committee member to various not-for-profit organizations over the last number of years.
